My story... Found a listing on Craigslist or Cars.com and went to check it out at Pacific Auto Fleet. Price was very good as I had been looking for several weeks at that model car. The car was not overpriced (so they could negotiate down) and I went to see it - expecting something to be wrong. Car was in great condition, with a few minor things that Lance promised to fix. One larger issue was detected on the test drive and Lance had it brought to a dealership and got the issue fixed. He was going to fix the issue whether I bought the car or not. I was only looking around at cars. I decided to stop at Pacific Auto Fleet and saw these beautiful clean cars. A Subaru caught my eye and Bob Richardson welcomed me and was friendly. He showed me all the features on the car and how the alarm worked and made me feel very comfortable. Also the owner, Mr Lance Matekel, who was very professional, made me feel non-pressured.
